About BLRC
Badenoch Learning and Resource Centre (BLRC) is a not-for-profit organisation operating as part of a network of community learning centres and training providers throughout the Cairngorms National Park.
Quality
An accredited Skills Development Scotland Learndirect branded centre, BLRC is assessed annually for quality compliance.
In addition to the Learndirect branding, BLRC has achieved SQA accreditation and ILA recognition, enabling the learning centre network throughout the Cairngorms National Park with the ability to access additional courses through that achievement.
The learning centre also works with a range of Colleges and partners to provide courses, business and personal development training, lectures and workshops to everyone through effective co-ordination.
Service
By working together we can offer a range of courses and workshops from short introductory sessions, vocational and non-vocational courses, distance learning, HNC/HND and Degree level studies.
Learners engaged on courses are encouraged to drop in to their local learning centre for support, study and practise as part of the programme. Tutor support is available for individuals and businesses by arrangement.
The centre prides itself in providing an all-round service within a friendly learning environment where support and encouragement are always on hand.
